Onekama Consolidated Schools Fund (formerly known as Onekama Schools Educational Foundation Fund)

Organization Endowment

In 2005, the Onekama Consolidated Schools Educational Foundation created a permanent endowment fund at the Manistee County Community Foundation. The goal was to promote academic excellence for students of Onekama Consolidated Schools.

The Fund was originally established in 1993 with the donation of the Warren Vaughn Tennis Courts.  To date, over $80,000 has been granted by this Fund for projects that include Reading Stars, stage curtains, sound systems, as well as football field and track renovation.
