Manistee County Community Foundation

Financials and Investments

The Manistee County Community Foundation includes more than 100 component funds totaling approximately $40 million, the vast majority of which are permanent endowments. Accordingly, the Foundation employs long-term investment strategies and sound financial principles to ensure that the charitable dollars entrusted to us last forever.

The MCCF Finance and Investment Committee provides advice and formulates policies and procedures for recommendation to the Manistee County Community Foundation’s Board of Directors, who provide fiscal oversight of the Foundation and its funds. Our investment consultant is Investment Performance Evaluation Xperts (IPEX) www.ipexusa.com.
