Leadership Learning Lab (LLL) is a collaboration between Rotary Charities of Traverse City, the Frey Foundation, and multiple Northern Lower Michigan community foundations including the Manistee County Community Foundation.
The program invests directly in local leaders as a way to strengthen their organizations and the communities they serve. The 10-month program combines adaptive and collaborative leadership training, time management, and a suite of nonprofit and cross-sector capacity-building skills. Manistee County leaders participate in Site 1, one of five regional sites, along with participants from Oceana and Mason counties. Participants have the opportunity to build and deepen relationships with leaders in their own community and connect with leaders across the region. The LLL community of alumni, facilitators, and community foundation partners all support participants along their journey.
Thirty-five Manistee County leaders, and more than 100 leaders across the region, have participated in the transformational program over the past several years.
